I'm sorry this page didn't get updated as much as I would like due to the fact that I was busy working on the other features on this site. However, I expect to write profiles for a few more lottery prospects on Monday.

Profile #1: Raymond Felton, PG- 6'0" 194

NBA Position Type: Distributing, Fast Point Guard
NBA Comparison: A less scoring-oriented Steve Nash.

Strengths: Has excellent speed and quickness. Has the ability to blow by many defenders. Can put on a dribbling exhibition. Has great passing ability. He can find the open man and really keep a defense off balance. His shooting, which was a dissapointment in his feshman and sophomore seasons, is vastly improved. In time, has the potential to be a threat from the NBA 3-point line. Exhibits superior leadership qualities. Steps it up in the clutch. Pretty consistent. Rarely has a clunker of a game.

Weaknesses: As stated earlier, his shooting, up until his junior season wasn't very good. He will have to take time to develop that consistent 3-point range at the next level. His free-throw shooting isn't as good as you would like to see for a guard. He will have to learn to compensate for his size against much bigger NBA guards.

The 2006 NBA Draft is fast approaching!
